IRS and Dol Correction Programs


APC can assist you in using the EPCRS or the VFCP programs for a fee. We can help in the correction by fixing the problem as well as submitting your plan under either of the programs depending on the correction required. Let us take the worries out of your hands and assist you with the filing and correction. The main purpose of these programs is that IRS & DOL want you to correct any mistakes that you are aware of before they find it during a plan audit.

Filing for these correction programs does not trigger an IRS audit. Generally IRS and DOL prefer having a plan sponsor follow these self compliance methods as it saves them a lot of time and resources if they had to physically audit a plan.

Our secure portal can only be accessed with a password to protect all information you send to Associated Pension Consultants.
